"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

If you need handyman, maintenance or contracting work done on your home or, as is our case, on a rental property, hire him today. I bought my first home in 1993. For the last several months, Mr. Joseph has responded with grace and aplomb to needs both large and small, urgent and longer term. He sends videos of his diagnosis of problems, sends a reasonable estimate, does the work, documents the finished product via video, sends an invoice, gets paid and... voilá! Problem solved. "Alan and his team did great work to fix my walkway that had sunk due to a poor installation by the subcontractor who built my home 6 years ago. I had another company attempt to repair by injecting a foam material under the slab to lift it back into place. Much to my disappointment, that company charged a lot of money to inject the foam and it didn't raise the slab back up! Alan removed the sunken concrete and foam material, laid a solid foundation and poured a new slab for the walkway. He had a concrete truck bring in high quality concrete (no bags of concrete mix) and finished with a broom finish. He also put caution tape across the walkway. My only regret is not contacting Alan and his team first so I could have avoided paying money for the foam and went straight to the final solution. I will use AW Masonry & Restoration again for any other projects I have around my home."
