"If you have heard of Gabriel Vail, owner of Spin Cycle Appliance Repair, you have probably heard wonderful things. He was highly recommended to me as well. My first impression was that he was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, I paid him for the part it needed, he said he would order it and would come back to replace the part once he received it. Then, everything changed! After he left, I noticed that even though he placed my refrigerator on one of his mats, there were still scratches on my hardwood floor as well as scrapes on the floor from his boots. Cleaning the floor did not help. I called him to inform him of the situation. He called me back about an hour later and asked if a friend of his could come repair the floor. I waited an entire week, then I called Gabe and had to leave him a voice-mail. I waited another two days, I called him again and had to leave him another voice-mail. The next day I texted and emailed him with no response. I contacted the flooring company that originally installed the hardwood floors for an estimate to repair the floor, it was $19,455.00. Not to mention, I still have to contact another appliance repair company to fix my refrigerator!"
