Extremely disappointed with the service. There was no upfront bid or clear record of the charges. When I questioned David about his inability to complete the repair, he removed a part from the microwave, leaving it inoperable. Before this, the microwave worked except for the door handle not closing properly. Now the condition is worse. I do not recommend this service.

"We explained to this person that we had a service fee, because gas is not free nor tolls or my time. After we checked her microwave, we came to the conclusion that her microwave was installed incorrectly. After 2 hours of checking the microwave making sure all the components were working she came to me with an angry attitude that she didn’t want to pay. They needed to drill two holes in the cabinets and we don’t specialize in carpentry. We are an APPLIANCE COMPANY."

I needed a pro to figure out what was wrong with my ice maker. They called and made an appt. A friend happened to come by and take a look to tell me I had to replace the ice maker. I canceled my appt. until I could get my new maker in (didn't want them to make a trip for nothing). When I received it, I tried to reschedule. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN RESPOND. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. They will FREEZE YOU OUT if you have to reschedule for any reason....DON'T BOTHER WORKINT WITH THEM unless you NEVER have a change in circumstance. They will read your text messages and NOT RESPOND. They are a bunch of bratty kids!!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Friday night we found out our oven wasn’t heating. I did a little Angie’s List search and found them. They called me right away, were here Monday for diagnostics, and came back today for repairs. Super nice guys and very reasonable!

First, I received a prompt phone call (on a weekend) within the hour after I set up the project in Angi and requested a quote. He asked me a few questions and offered me an appointment on the following Monday (2 days later). I texted some photos of the vent so he could bring the right ladder. He called me 30 minutes before arrival and was completely done within an hour. He also took video of what he found in the vent - it was packed full of lint. Finally, he asked me to step back and watch as he made the final blowout - a big cloud of dust burst from the vent and blew looser lint all over the yard below. I’m so glad I had this work done - it had been put off far too long. He was professional and courteous, and had all the right tools. I would definitely recommend this company again, and David Castro in particular.
