I cannot recommend these guys enough! Friday night we found out our oven wasn’t heating. I did a little Angie’s List search and found them. They called me right away, were here Monday for diagnostics, and came back today for repairs. Super nice guys and very reasonable!

They did a good repair job. They would not work with our home warranty company (submit diagnosis, repair proposal etc), so that cost us and wasted our coverage.

First, I received a prompt phone call (on a weekend) within the hour after I set up the project in Angi and requested a quote. He asked me a few questions and offered me an appointment on the following Monday (2 days later). I texted some photos of the vent so he could bring the right ladder. He called me 30 minutes before arrival and was completely done within an hour. He also took video of what he found in the vent - it was packed full of lint. Finally, he asked me to step back and watch as he made the final blowout - a big cloud of dust burst from the vent and blew looser lint all over the yard below. I’m so glad I had this work done - it had been put off far too long. He was professional and courteous, and had all the right tools. I would definitely recommend this company again, and David Castro in particular.

My dishwasher suddenly wouldn’t start. I called several places which said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could come. I contacted Angi and Professional Appliance Repair called right away and said he could come the next day. David arrived with the proper control panel, since I had given him the model number before he arrived. He had it up and running again in no time. He’s a really nice, very professional young man who I will definitely call again.
