Process was ingenious and saved all of my trees from root damage (and potential dying in a couple of years.) No digging trenches. The technician was completely professional, competent and courteous. He explained each step as it went. He was also clearly proud of his work and finished every step with complete attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism.
