Here is the exact quote from an email from the company "We use straight forward pricing for all work performed which we have levels for work to be performed if it takes 15 mins or 4 hours price doesn't change we don't have hourly price." I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."
