"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The project has taken more time than anticipated due to material and subcontractor availability. The framing work was outstanding. Wall board work was also outstanding. Electrical work was very good, but the location of a bathroom fixture and chair lift power plug had to be moved because they were too low. The tile work in the bathroom (shower and floor), computer room (floor), entrance (floor) was outstanding, but I'd rather call it amazing. The plumbing work was very good, but parts availability delayed completion. Finishing work done by MJL was outstanding!!! Anthony is a master at detail. The rigor of MJL inspection of work by the subcontractors was very thorough and when issues were identified were recorded and worked off. Communication and follow up is a big deal for home improvement projects in this challenging environment of material, parts, and workforce shortages. MJL excelled in communication. We rated punctuality as good but would have rated them very good if there was an option. We highly recommend them. We have since booked two additional projects with MJL, a screened in porch and a garage redo. They start in late July. We expect both projects to go very well."

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him. They were quick and professional with their water mitigation efforts and were also GREAT with managing the repair/renovation work. "Gary answered the phone promplty on Sunday evening when I called the given number. He stated that he could come by the very next day to give a free estimate. Gary showed up on time and looked over the work to be done. Gary provided an estimate, after pricing out the cost of materials, and provided this estimate the very same day. This was important to me because I am in a hurry to complete the work so I may list my house. I found the estimate to be reasonable based on the cost of materials, $80 and the time alotted to complete the work, about 6 hours.
Gary was able to start and finsih the job by Wednesday- only three days after I first contacted him! I returned home from work to find the job complete, neat and all debris removed.
I will certainly use Gary's services again and have already recommended him to another individual.!
