"He did his best with my 30+ year-old washing machine. He moved it from the wall and tilted it in order to test out from the bottom of the machine whether or not it was a simple fix, but it was not to be. The engine was no longer functioning. After examining the machine for 45 minutes, he charged $75. He advised keeping the dryer unless I could get a deal on both washer and dryer. He also made recommendations on which brands to consider purchasing. He was prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him."

When I questioned David about his inability to complete the repair, he removed a part from the microwave, leaving it inoperable. Before this, the microwave worked except for the door handle not closing properly. Now the condition is worse. I do not recommend this service."
