the Horribly. The provider was very responsive and showed up on time.  HE went on to check the garbage disposal and started hitting the top part (accessed via the sink). I asked him what he was doing and his answer was fixing it.  After 20-25 hits the garbage disposal started running.  He tested it with water and ice.  He told me that since there was water on the floor (small leak) the garbage disposal needed to be replaced.  I asked whether the leak came from the appliance or the pipes.  He got really annoyed, told me that he is the professional, knows his stuffs, would tell me if the pipe connection is leaking, and then he left with a quick good bye.  I found him to be very unprofessional, did not want to tell me what is wrong or explain me what he is trying to do. Will never hire him again.

the machine provided a code that indicated what was malfunctioning on the machine. The code indicated that the machine was not draining. My wife had washed some rugs and the rubber on the back of the rugs came off and stopped up the drain. The provide verified the code from the manual located in the front panel of the washing machine. After cleaning the drain which was full with rubber from the back of the rugs the machine operated perfectly.

Washing machine over-filling and not draining. Mr. Broach arrived at time promised, repaired machine, recommended and conducted other minor repairs to machine.

I have had Cliff Broach in a number of times to work on problems with our older washer or dryer. He has always done a good job. The prior week to this repair I had Cliff in to repair our washing machine which not draining. It was an easy fix (for him): replace the switch that stops the machine from spinning when you raise the lid and he had the needed part on the truck. At the same time I asked him to check the oven for which only half the broiler coil was working and the refrigerator for which the water dispenser wasn't working. He checked the units, took the model numbers and promised to call me in a couple days with an estimate. The estimate was $350. I gave him the go ahead to order the parts. A few days later he had the parts and we arranged a time for him do the repair. The total was $318 of which $110 was his standard 1 hour labor fee which includes his trip expenses.

Had us turn off refrigerator night before so ice build up would resolve prior to repair mans arrival allowing him to fix the problem without wasting time defrosting a frozen coil. This probably saved us money also since it made the repair much quicker.

Cliff arrived at the time he had indicated, found the problem and repaired it satisfactorily.
I have used Broach for a variety of problems at least 15 years. He has always repaired my appliances correctly, the first time, at a reasonable cost and is prompt and courteous.

Cliff is honest as they come. I leave the keys for him. He does speak his mind so if you are politically delicate...don't use him. He has his views and will share them. You can also choose to let him do the job and leave. I have used him for over 20 years. Don't agree with his politics, but he is a nice person who supports a family and is totally honest. He can fix anything but he couldn't fix the washer. He is honest. I usually pay him $100 every time. He's been coming so long that I leave him the keys to the house. His prices are good. He has a fabulous personality. I like to just call his voicemail to listen to him. He really knows what he is doing and I think he knows every appliance they ever made. He will tell you whether it is worth fixing or not. He is funny and I would recommend him. I will absolutely continue to use him.

Called him on Thursday and told him our refrigerator was out. He said he could come Friday. Friday he arrived, mid-day, when expected and did the entire job in about 20 minutes. Parts cost $44, labor was $99.

My washer was stopping mid cycle with a communication error. He came out and checked out everything mechanically as well as connections. The newer washers sense everything and produce error command codes. It seemed to be working OK when he left, but he said that I would probably eventually have to replace the computer. I also confirmed on the internet that this is a problem with Maytag Bravos. So I ended up calling him back in a few days to replace the computer because it kept giving me the error command. He waived the second trip charge. He was flexible with appointment times which was helpful.

Cliff is prompt, knowledgeable and honest. I leave him a house key and he leaves the bill and old parts on the counter. I have used him since either the late 80's or early 90's for several appliance repairs, always with excellent results at a fair price.

This guy is excellent. He raised the fridge door but it didn't quite work so he came out and fixed it free of charge. He's very knowledgeable and experienced and did a superb job on both appliances. A very solid company; highly recommended.

Cliff was professional and reasonably priced. He fixed the problem completely and was available to discuss options before and after the repair.
