He arrived early and explained each step so I was aware of what was being done. He is very friendly and I can tell he is passionate about what he does and making sure the work is thorough and correct. He stayed late and didn't stop until the work was complete and even came back to remove some nails from a cabinet he noticed so myself and daughter wouldn't get stuck. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests.
