"Wonderful experience. Rick was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to install my dishwasher and addressed some other issues that could have caused larger problems later on. He arrived early and explained each step so I was aware of what was being done. He is very friendly and I can tell he is passionate about what he does and making sure the work is thorough and correct. He stayed late and didn't stop until the work was complete and even came back to remove some nails from a cabinet he noticed so myself and daughter wouldn't get stuck. "The installation guys put drop cloths down over my carpet from the entry door to the inside HVAC unit to keep from getting my carpet dirty. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)"

"Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."

"I had another plumber come out to snake the sewer line twice, which did not help. I was told that the sewer line likely colapced under the city road, which would be about $20,000 to repair (dig up main county road, etc...). Viking Services plumber came out, looked at the lenth of my front yard, attached an extension cord to his snake machine and cleared the sewer pipe. I guess the snake the other plumber was using was just too short! I would definitely hire him again!"

"I purchased the Big Deal for AABCO's installation of a new garbage disposal, testing/inspecting the drain line for obstructions, and an impressive warranty (5 yrs/2 yrs parts and labor) on the new disposal unit. Upon contacting AABCO on a Friday afternoon, inquiring about when someone might be able to come out and replace the disposal unit (having mentioned that the kitchen sink wasn't draining properly either - perhaps due to the utterly dead unit, or perhaps another issue), Mr. Gaskins promptly offered me a 9 am appt. the next morning - a Saturday, at no extra charge!
Mr. Gaskins was prompt, thoroughly professional, clearly experienced, and most gracious. He quickly and efficiently removed the old unit, inspected the drain line for any other obstructions, and quickly determined that the rusted unit was the sole reason for the slow drain. Then, despite very little room to maneuver under the kitchen sink cabinet (and very tight pipe connections), he expertly installed the new unit, tested it to make sure it was working properly, and even stayed a few more minutes to make sure that the drain was draining properly after I started the dishwasher. Thanks to his coming to the job well-prepared for any possible complications, he was able to quickly replace a worn, tight plastic connection that snapped (during installation), with a new piece that he had stocked on his truck - and most graciously replaced it free of charge. He took great care to ensure my home stayed clean at literally every step - donning shoe covers at the entryway, bringing towels and a bucket with him to catch any drips, and taking the old disposal unit away with him when he left. Mr. Gaskins was utterly professional, personable, honest, and gracious. I would gladly call him again for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. I have already recommended him to my neighbors!
