"Good job from clearly understanding the problem on the phone, to fixing a valve on a water heater as discussed at the price that was quoted. Technician was on time, helpful, and completed the job in a timely manner."

"The installation guys put drop cloths down over my carpet from the entry door to the inside HVAC unit to keep from getting my carpet dirty. The installers were polite, professional and worked hard; never stopping to take a break. They cleaned up everything and did a great job. Tim Griffin sold me the unit and he really knows his stuff. He thoroughly explained which unit I should buy and why. He answered his phone every time I called him with a question. Excellent customer service from Tim Griffin (engineer & sales) and Carlos and Jeffrey (the two installers)"

"My drain was cleaned and received recommendations for pipe replacement in the future. They came the next day after I called which was excellent. It took a long time. Probably using the camera first would have saved time, but hindsight is always better. Bottom line drain is open now for use."

"I had another plumber come out to snake the sewer line twice, which did not help. I was told that the sewer line likely colapced under the city road, which would be about $20,000 to repair (dig up main county road, etc...). Viking Services plumber came out, looked at the lenth of my front yard, attached an extension cord to his snake machine and cleared the sewer pipe. I guess the snake the other plumber was using was just too short! I would definitely hire him again!"

"The Free Estimate is wonderful as some companies do not offer this. They are NOT the BIGBOX company All American Jetting does not charge to come out to the property and give a Free Estimate Snaking or Jet cleaning of the main sewer line. They Specialize in Drain Cleaning. We sub-contract them for some of our Residential and Commercial properties. Our Customers love them too... Best Prices and Customer Service but also experienced Drain Techs."

"Mike and Ray were FANTASTIC! I was expecting to schedule an appointment but they happened to be heading my direction after the job they had finished. Very professional and knowledgable as to how tackle my issue quickly and with success. My clog took maybe 30 minutes to fix and they were done with no mess to clean up. HIGHLY Recommend Mike and Ray of Reliable Home Improvement & Plumbing! I will be calling them again for my next plumbing issue I would like fixed."

"I have used Roy for three items, the latest being a hot water heater replacement (mine had a super vent, hence the higher cost). I first used Roy for a subpump emergency a few years ago. He came out the same day, actually at night with little notice. He replaced the subpump quickly and professionally. Based on the great service and price fro the subpump we have used Roy for other household repair, such as clogged toliets, clogged kitchen sink etc...I highly recommend Roy and AABCO."

"This company was excellent and on time. The work was completed correctly and done right the first time they were so clean I could not tell they were here. My wife is very big on Cleanliness so I will use them for all my plumbing needs"
