He arrived early and explained each step so I was aware of what was being done. He is very friendly and I can tell he is passionate about what he does and making sure the work is thorough and correct. "I had another plumber come out to snake the sewer line twice, which did not help. I was told that the sewer line likely colapced under the city road, which would be about $20,000 to repair (dig up main county road, etc...).
