Lenny my project manager was a godsend and helped in everyway, even when we ran into a problem During the demo a water line was broken, and leaking for almost 4 days before we found it. I called Lenny and he handled it immediately and expedited. The company took care of all and any repairs, AND I DONT SEE THAT OFTEN! "Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

"Very well. The owner, Wilson Delgado, came from Silver Spring to Falls Church to pick up my furniture in his large SUV then returned the repaired furniture a week later. What made his work special to me is that when he arrived, he lifted and squeezed each piece of furniture so you could see that where the furniture was loose. Unfortunately, the chairs were loose all over. To ensure the tightness of the chairs going forward, he took each one apart to reglue every joint. For the large leather armchair, he secured and reattached the original piece of leather by taking the whole back off and putting a new border around the backing to ensure that the leather would adhere. Mr. Delgado is an artisan who made a career of working on high value furniture in the Catholic Church. My five pieces of furniture look new again, after 35 years. He is following up with an email on general care products and guidance."

"Castle called to set up measurements for window manufacture. Their rep showed up on time and was a relatively quick procedure to measure. They called again once windows were ready to install, to set up installation date. Superb job performed by the removal/install team. They called the day before their arrival and then again the morning of arrival. Went straight to work and were productive from start to finish. I had two sets of double windows replaced with double slider windows and you cannot tell the new windows frames are different from what was originally installed. Thoroughly cleaned the work area, to my satisfaction, when they were done. The only problem was they provided only half screens instead of full screens for the double sliders, however they rectified this when informed."
