Small jobs welcome

"Jerry was professional, hardworking, and did an excellent job hauling and spreading gravel for my 2 mile long driveway. He also regraded several areas where the rain had made deep ruts that required a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to our house. There have been several heavy rains since he worked his magic and the gravel did not wash away. We can now have friends visit with 2-wheel drive vehicles and we do not have to pick them up at the top of the hill. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others."

It’s often not necessary to clean up rocks before you sell or donate them, although it’s a nice gesture. Cleaning the rocks you’re getting rid of probably isn’t worthwhile if you’re selling a large volume of small rocks, but if you’re selling or donating large boulders for landscape design, a quick clean might fetch more money or help out the donation center.

When scrap tires are properly recycled, they are often shredded into small pieces. This way, the materials within can be separated and used to manufacture various new products. This includes fuel, playground surfaces, sports fields, rubberized asphalt, mats, flooring, and filler for new tires. Some tires still end up in landfills, but this practice is becoming less common.

The best waste disposal method depends on the type of waste you have. If your waste is recyclable, recycling is the best option because it helps minimize the environmental impact. Organic waste is best composted or converted into fuel via biogas generation. For many items, landfill or incineration are the best options.

Junk removal companies will take most non-hazardous construction debris and items that don't require special disposal methods. Construction waste may include concrete, drywall, wood, metal, brick, fixtures, and finishes. Hazardous items such as paint or chemicals require special removal services and extra fees. Ask your junk removal provider for a list of accepted materials.

The most cost-effective approach to land clearing is DIY-ing what you can, such as removing brush, small saplings, and other more manageable tasks. Then, contact a tree cutting pro to finish the job for the larger vegetation and trees on your property. Get multiple quotes, look for off-season discounts, and scope out all your options to keep things as budget-friendly as possible.
