"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Grady?s Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. "They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They removed the old shower door and frame, cleaned up, and installed new one in 2 hours. Followed up throughout process from initial meeting to delivery of glass to install and completion."

"I was very disappointed. I spoke to William on the phone but unfortunately the person that came out to actually do the work was unreliable and performed messy work. Maybe I was unlucky to get another person. They were late arriving and then asked to take my window somewhere else to work on the glass. I said ok but was very clear I needed to leave several hours later to pick up my kids and was told no problem he would be back in plenty of time. The person did not return even an hour after what was promised. I tried calling and got no return call. I eventually had to leave my house with a missing window which did not seem safe to me. When he returned hours later there were muffled apologies. He seemed like a nice guy but no effort at customer service. Then he began working on other cracked glass at my house. After he left I looked closely at the work and the transom window glass replaced is very messy with glue or caulk messily left on edges. Very disappointed. It is hard to get someone to do this type of work done and Boston was recommend by several I know but maybe I just got unlucky that William didn't actually do the work at my house."

"They did a great job on our master bathroom remodel and hall way bathroom updating. Ibrahim was very helpful and responsive through out the process. He even gave great input on designs and ideas as he has had much experience. Juan and Alberto were vey professional throughout the whole process. Juan listened to our input about the little details. We had a very small 4' x 8' master bathroom that we extended out to the vanity/sitting area and it turned out even better than we had hoped. The quality of materials and workmanship is very good. Even their subcontractors who did the work for the shower glass door and the granite countertops were great to work with and very professional. There were some usual and expected construction glitches that you would anticipate, but all were responded to and taken care of very quickly. At the end, the price was on mark and there were no unexpected extras or costs. They are finishing up their last item on our "punch" list today. We had gotten estimates from several other places and we are glad we went with them as they came through with what we were hoping for and even more - with a very fair and reasonable price, good options within their price package, great workmanship and delivered a great product at the end. We are already planning to use them for our next project in the home. Thank you Mega Kitchen and Bath for the great work! We were very pleased with the work that you did."

Everything went well.  Workers came and cleaned up.  No problems with installation.

If you want your windows done, call them.  If you are "thinking about it".  Don't call.  They will call you daily afterwards.  I had to block them from my phone as they continue to call me every 2 days for what I don't know.  Work was well but the phone calls are annoying.

"The first bathroom went smoothly.  The second bathroom encountered some issues that delayed completion: vanity delivery delayed twice, wrong size of the glass shower door (so it had to be returned and another ordered), special color toilet order delayed and then arrived broken. In addition, because of these delays, the main workman had to leave, and other jobs filled the contractor's time. But Mr. Quiroga remained very responsive and made every effort to get his people to my home when replacement parts arrived.
Other issues: 1) The stones in the shower floor did not work, and Mr. Quiroga agreed to replace them with a tile I chose. 2) The wooden floor got some stains on it from some ink on the paper cover the floor, but the contractor was able to remove the stains beautifully. Things can go wrong in any renovation, but what's important is the attitude and service of the contractor, and Mr. Quiroga is top notch in this area.
Mr. Quiroga always acted to create results that would please me. His workmen seemed experienced and overall did careful work. My bathrooms are outstanding, with quality at a fair price. I receive many compliments on these beautiful bathrooms. Every time I use them, I feel as if I am on vacation at some special hotel or spa.

"I had broken the side view mirror on my car and needed to replace the glass. I first took the car to Safelite, who ordered a 'replacement' mirror, then when it arrived, told me they couldn't install it and I would have to go to the dealer! So I went to Columbia Auto Collision instead. Ryan, who was the main contact there, was very helpful and ordered the glass within a day. However, the replacement glass he ordered didn't fit---apparently, the online suppliers parts don't always match the car specified. He said to give him a couple of days to see if he could find the right size glass, but if not he'd get it direct from the manufacturer/dealer. He called within a couple of days and had the appropriate glass. When I stopped by that evening on the way home from work, Eddie (owner) told me the job would probably take ~1hr, since the frame around the mirror had to be taken out in order for the glass to fit right. I brought it back a couple of days later. Ryan was there, and the mechanic put the glass in in about 5 minutes, which surprised me given the conversation I had w/Eddie. Mirror was fine that day, but the next morning, it fell off (held in place by the heater element, otherwise it would have broken) when I closed the door on the car. I went back to the shop, Ryan was very apologetic and had his "glass specialist" re-set the mirror with some stronger adhesive. Took a little longer (maybe 15 min), but they still didn't take apart the mirror as Eddie had suggested they would need to. Ryan told me that if it doesn't hold, he'll refund the money. At the moment, the glass seems to be holding, but I am concerned that it may not be 'framed' properly (you can see where the inner black edge frames the mirror on one side, but not the other). I think Eddie might have had his guys do a more thorough job had he been there to supervise. Overall, they were helpful and willing to work with me to get the job done. I'm just not sure about the quality."
