"I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as "The Blue Crew", were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. I will give the company 2 stars as he was on time , he came out and looked at the area I needed help with, made suggestions and then followed through with an estimate of putting sod down, putting a drain in, aerating and seeding and then even calling to see how it was doing. I really had high hopes but that?s where it ended. We watered and did everything we were supposed to but NOT ONE piece of grass came up. I spoke to Marcus the owner about it and he said that was unusual and I agreed with him because when Va Green has aerated and seeded the grass has come up very thick each year( guess I should have stuck with them). I told him how disappointed I was and he said he could come back and reseed and that?s the last I?ve heard from him and that was around the first part of October and now we?re at the end of November a little "
