"The crew arrived in the afternoon and completed the job a lot faster than I thought it would take.  They seem to have done a good job.  I was bummed after they left when I remembered I did not use discount for home show or Angie's List.  But that's my fault.  They charged more then other estimates but reviews were good so I went with them.  I was hoping the edges of the driveway would be more defined and also,  my driveway butts up to my brick house and there is a gap between driveway and house and I thought they would fill in gap so rain could not go in there.  They didn't.  I will go to HD and get stuff and do myself but feel that as much as paid, at least that should have been done.  It is a detail that should have been taken care of.  Overall, I love the way it looks and I hope it lasts for a while.  We will see how it does after a couple of snows next winter.

After reviewing an unexpected flooding situation along the wall caused by massive rainwater downpour from a recent hurricaine, Bryan agreed to installing a channel drain to correct the problem. He also completed a drainage system along my driveway to redirect rainwater away from the lawn and into the street with which I am very pleased so far. I currently have another project that Bryan is working on and I am looking forward to having Bryan work on additional projects in the future. "This is the first time i have had my driveway sealed by hand with squeegee and they did an amazing job. They cleaned it very well first and filled bigger cracks. Then put down the sealer by 5 gallon buckets and 2 men running squeegees. I t is 100 times better and thicker than spray wand sealing. i will have Magic Seal do it again in 3 years. Thank you!!!!!"
