"I wouldn't have chosen this company based on other's reviews, but our house came with an AHS warranty so decided to use that instead of my own time clearing a couple of backed up toilets and checking on water in the crawlspace. The kid that showed up was obviously not used to communicating with people and seemed to have very little experience. I told him the toilets will probably need augered so he did this and the toilets were able to flush. He expended little effort investigating the leak (that we knew was down in the crawlspace by a previous inspection) and his only response was "looks good". 24 hours later our toilet is backed up again after only having liquids in it and he refuses to come back out. I don't really think he has the experience to do much other than auger a toilet, which anyone can do but Lockhart is contracted out by AHS so people get stuck with them. Read the reviews and if you have the ability to pick your own plumber I would highly recommend it."

Juan helped with great suggestions after describing my idea to him during the free estimate. He communicated when the rain storms kept delaying my project and didn't try to start the job knowing a bad storm was on the way. He cares more about the final outcome than just getting the job done. They came to the door to let me know they had arrived and what they would be doing that day. They showed up rain or shine. They cleaned up every day before they left. Vinny and Jeff were the electricians on my project . They called ahead to let me know what time they would be getting there. Upon arrival, they explained everything that they would be doing. Once they finished, they showed me pictures and told me what all they did. I would be glad to work with Vinny and Jeff again. Pual and Chris A. call to let me know they were on their way. "Avoid them...their own intall tech walked into my house, looked at the work order and -incredulously- declared to me that 'whoever wrote this up...they were probably new. But this isn't going to solve your problem". That ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Drying Company completely botched the job. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."
