"R&R Pressure washing did a great job! Very professional and my home was thoroughly cleaned without any damage to surfaces. Additionally, Mr. Romano pointed out a couple of areas on our exterior that needed attention. Will hire again for next year!"

Customers say: Quick response

"Ben responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and was able to come out to give me an estimate in a timely way. He also was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Ben did a great job on the windows - inside and out AND high and low. He was very friendly and efficient. With the exception of my SPARKLING WINDOWS, I can't tell that he has been to the house. Ben is a responsibe, hard working young man! I would definately call on him to clean my windows again!"

"Douglas Air Duct Pro did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. They were prompt, friendly, and very hard working. We have already referred them to a neighbor and plan to have them return when it is time to clean our dryer vent."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The best time to clean the outside of your house is during your outdoor spring cleaning. Wait until late spring, after the wave of pollen is done coating your home. You can also wash your house in late fall–before the first freeze–to remove leaves and branches from the gutters.

The average cost to clean a roof is around $500, but prices can fall between $150 to $1,000 or more. The size and complexity of your roof are the most significant cost factors, as larger roofs and those with various bump-outs and gables will increase your cost. Your roof material will also make a difference. An asphalt roof will require more labor, as your professional will need to be careful not to damage the shingles. A metal roof can stand up to more intense scrubbing and shouldn’t take as long to clean.

Vinegar, bleach, chlorine, barley straw, and a bevy of dedicated algaecides can kill algae, which is the easy part. Preventing algae from returning can be a struggle for some homeowners, but keeping the patio well-maintained and clean is a good first step.

Vinegar will not damage your roof shingles. Using vinegar to wash your roof is an effective and popular cleaning method for asphalt shingles. You can buy white vinegar with varying concentrations of acetic acid. Typically, 5% is all you need for a good roof cleaning, but if you’ve got stubborn stains or moss you can go as high as 25%.

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to acquire the right pressure washer tips and cleaning solutions for the job. In particular, you’ll need tips that are capable of lowering the pressure from a max of 3,500 PSI to between 150 and 300 PSI. As for the cleaning solution, look for options that are clearly marked for soft washing rather than pressure washing.
