We hired Maria in 2017 and again in 2020. She is awesome and did an outstanding job! Would continue to use her whenever we need to.

Terrific cleaning teams that thoroughly clean your home expertly and in record time. The crews are strictly no nonsense while cleaning and they are in and out in incredibly fast time. Even though they are fast, they don t take short cuts or miss a thing! Really impressive how well they clean. The owner is a great manager who does what you need when you need it! Highly recommended!

Team of two did the work. I asked for a move-out cleaning, and I needed windows included. This is one of the few companies that would even offer to do that work. They did a fantastic job with the house, left it perfectly move-in ready. Oh, and the windows? That quote even included the outsides of every window in the house, shining and streak free. My landlord / property manager was thrilled with the work they did. The only downside I had with this experience was some difficulty in getting hold of the owner/manager of the company. The cleaning crew didn’t arrive until several hours later than had been promised, but there was no courtesy call from the owner nor did she respond to voice messages or texts in a timely fashion. I was about to the point that I thought they weren’t going to come at all when she finally called back to tell me they had been delayed on another job. That I could understand and I adjusted my own plans accordingly, but it added some stress to my day that I could have done without. Still, I would use them again, just because of the quality of the work they did when they got there.

The professionals working at Heavens Touch did a very thorough job cleaning my home. They moved furniture and cleaned behind them as well as blinds and all other parts of our home. Very super job.

First time using home advisor.

They didn t vacume carpeted stairs, missed spots in shower, and overall poor job. Very disappointed. I tried to communicate with team and they spoke little to no English.

The ladies at heavens touch did a great job cleaning my condo! They were quick and had great communication! My only negative point is they forgot to clean the laundry room of my condo and when I reached out to the manager she guaranteed she would refund some of the cost due to this mishap. I never received refund. I've reached out two more times and she has said she will mail the refund and I have yet to receive it. Besides that, the cleaning was great!

Poor customer communication with owner, have to chase her down to finalize cleaning dates, does not reply to emails or phone calls unless she answers physically. The cleaning aspect is excellent, the managerial aspect is poor.

Move in cleaning

For a one time cleaning, they did an adequate job. They were very thorough and hit all of the surfaces; however, their attention to details was minimal. The bathroom mirrors had minor streaks, they used a broom to clean the ceiling fans (who does this?!), and the floors (although cleaned) were streaked with the leftover cleaner they used. They were pleasant (three gals) and efficient, moving through the house from one end to the other. But the 'left overs' (see above) are not my idea of house cleaning. Unless in a pinch (like I was this time), I doubt I will use this cleaning service again.

Just didn't do what I asked. Couldn't be there for the cleaning so a friend photographed the job after the fact. Called and explained some of the misses and was assured they were done that day. Renters moved in and that's when I found out they were not. I had to hire a new company to re-do the work while renters are trying to move in.

honest hardworking women.

OK quality of work. They did not pay attention to the details of the cleaning assignment. This was a move out cleaning so all the appliances should have been spotless. They were not. They brought a 2 person crew in for 4 hours. The home was relatively cleaned already but the job was really a 16 man hour job.

I was in a real jam this morning when a major company bailed on me after assuring me the prior week they could get me before the new tenant arrived. Maria called me 15 min after I put my information in and had a team show up promptly 3 hours later. Wow!..Maria took all my nervousness away with her assurance they would take care of me. The 2 ladies showed up right on time with supplies in hand. A little less than 2 hours later my condo was immaculate. I can't say enough good things about Heavens Touch. Thank you so much Maria. I will be calling again. Jlee

They rescheduled when we needed to, which we appreciated. And they dealt with the water being turned off by bringing water from our neighbor's house, which was good service. But they did not clean the oven -- major miss -- and they left a flood on the floor -- also a major mistake. Do not know how well they cleaned the bathrooms and fridge, since my landlady didn't say, one way or the other. I might try them again, but I would be there to check the work better before paying!!

Full cleaning and girl worked nonstop! No complaints but could have been faster with 2 girls working!

Maria did an amzing job on such short notice. She is a life saver.
