All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. "Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "My son used Kustom Floors to refinish his 40-year-old hardwood oak floors. Jimmy and his team sanded the floors and stairs, meticulously replaced boards where there was a squeak, and refinished them with a beautiful satin finish.  In addition, they installed new baseboard throughout the house.  The window shades, built-in cabinets, and shelves were carefully covered to reduce dust, so when they left, the floors were clean and minimum dusting was required. Not only are they experts in their field, but their attention to detail and pride in their work are apparent in the work that they do.  "
