Jose did a really great job explaining to me what all of my options were for my front and back lawn. He had some options that I could pick from, and he also explained to me some plants that I didn't recognize. They were prompt with coming to service my lawn (on time), and were professional and courteous. I recommend Red Maple Landscaping!

Owner Mr Rivas responded to our inquiry for Spring cleaning and landscaping work within an hour of its posting. We arranged a visit to our house within two days to jointly review what work was being requested. During the review he both advised us of what wasn't necessary at this time as well as some additional work that could be done. Within 24 hours we received a budget breakdown for the work. The quote was well below two other bidders. By the end of the week his team did leaf removal, pruning, cutting down of invasive plant growth, power washing a brick walkway, mulching, and cutting down of a small dead tree - waiting out rain squalls to complete the work within a day. We were extremely pleased with the results of the work and expect to request his Fall leaf service.

Owner Mr Rivas was very thorough and responsive to our needs (spring cleaning & improved drainage around house perimeter), making useful suggestions and delivering what he promised. Fairly priced, friendly service!

I hired Red Maple because the tractor wouldn't start and we needed lawn mowed asap. I also hired them for weeding. At first I was very pleased, but then I discovered that when they weeded, they removed actual plants that I told the gentleman I wanted to keep, like wild strawberries. Out of my 3 miniature rose bushes, only 1 was still there. Then they mowed when the yard was too wet to be mowed, so I had ruts across the lawn. They never answered their phone, so I left a message saying I wanted my lawn mowed every 2 weeks, not every week, but they kept coming every week. My daughter went out and stopped them from mowing and then the following week, they did not come, but charged me for both weeks. I included a printed schedule in the envelope with my check and they still did not adjust their schedule. I am extremely frustrated and the next check I will hand deliver to their location and cancel any further services.

I called maybe 4 different lawn services BEGGING for them to come to the new house I just bought and cut the grass. Several didn't even bother to return my calls. One sent me a 4 page contract but never told me when they would actually CUT the grass. My neighbor told me to call Jose and he said, "Oh yeah. No problem. We'll be out there tomorrow." Ok, so what about payment? (and again) "No problem. Don't worry about that. We'll invoice you." He was true to his word and saved me before my neighbors thought I was a complete loser! The lawn also looked pretty with a diagonal cut. I'll have them back to do other jobs. Super happy!

From the initial response through a post-completion visit to check on the work, the owner, Jose, was a consummate professional. He really knows his business and goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy with the work. I hired them for a clean-up prior to listing our house for sale, and it looked great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Red Maple did an excellent job with my fall cleanup. They were prompt, courteous and helped explain why they suggested pruning certain plants back in the yard. I plan to use them again for other projects.

Good price and prompt service, but failed to aerate the harder-to-get-at places, like corners.

They called immediately and came over the same day and then fixed everything 2 days later. They did an amazing job with my backyard, I was very impressed

Great job, great price!

I needed three soccer fields mowed - quickly. Red Maple responded same day and viewed the job, returned the next day with two large mowers. The grass was high and needed three passes to cut and distribute the clippings. When they were done, the fields looked spectacular. Red Maple will be my first call in the future.

Mr Rivera is a pro. He and his team did a terrific job cleaning up a seriously overgrown lawn for us. Highly recommended.

They did not show up on the planned day, but the next. We only knew they were coming because there were people mowing our lawn one morning. Communication is not their strong point.
