"The install went fine. ?The installer?was on time,?super-nice and knew his craft. ? BUT I'm really angry over the price charged! ?When I called to make the appointment, I told them it was for a dishwasher installation. ?There was never a price offered. ?(Shame on me for not asking.) ? I didn't worry about at the time, because I had anticipated $300-400.00 When he arrived he looked under the sink and told me that the cheap plastic tubing that came with the house, (he didn't say cheap. I did), would have to be replaced. ?He used other plastic piping. ?He DID tell me the price before starting. ?So I can't fault the installer. ?No one forced me to go ahead. ?But I had this new dishwasher sitting on a pallet in the middle of my kitchen floor, and I had already took the day off from work. The work was flawlessly executed;? Neat, clean, no issues what-so-ever. ?And still happy with it the job. ?Just NOT the price charged. ??There was no reason for that install to be $900.00 So why did I say above that I would use them again? ?Because of the number of positive reviews and overall rating on this site. They also guarantee their work 100% for 2 years! ?? So yes, I will call on them and again. ?But?I will ABSOLUETELY ask the price before booking the appointment!"

"J&D Masonry transformed our aging front entry porch, two sets of steps, and serpentine walkway from flagstone/concrete to a gorgeous all-brick showcase. He also designed, fabricated and installed new iron railing pairs for the porch and both step sets, having taken meticulous angle measurements of the old ones. The custom handrails and pickets are an exhibit of top notch welding and are anchored quite securely. In its precision and detail, the brickwork has been described by other contractors as seriously impressive. Neighbors and passersby have stopped by to give their compliments, some asking for his contact information. In the beginning, he carefully assessed and shared his vision of the finished work, and the estimated costs. In the end, the bill was below his estimate. You’ll find none better to deal with as well. "The contractor was a true pro.,he new his product ,he new how important to size the heater needed to do the job correctly and he priced the install accordingly.He was prompt always on time,removed the old water heater and made necessary changes to my home to accommodate the new tankless heater.He installed a new unit that has a great reliability history and long term warranty at a fair cost.Not heard of in todayâ s business world and the man that owns the business is the person who actually does the work! I feel like I did hire a true PRO for my job and I would recommend him to anyone that would need his service in the future!"

"Things went very well! Ostrom customer service called to alert me in advance that the electricians were on their way, and told me whom to expect. The electricians arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional, and Daniel was very knowledgeable. They knew just how to approach the job and completed it well. For the electrical system safety check, Daniel checked the main electrical panel, the outdoor electrical equipment, the branch circuit wiring, and life safety equipment. He gave me a written evaluation and list of recommendations. It was definitely worthwhile having this done because it made me aware of things that need to be addressed. Daniel just a few days ago installed the wiring for the under-cabinet lighting, and is waiting for the tile work to be completed before he installs the lights. Since they haven't yet been installed, the cost of service noted is only the cost for the chandelier installation."
