Anthony performed a drain vision procedure determined the possible need to replace pipes due to age, the dirt settling, small roots, grease, soap, garbage disposal, etc. A second test by Jason via drain vision for further analysis. No obstruction however, determined narrowing could continue to be an issue over time. Both Anthony and Jason are very knowledgeable."

She apologized, as did another person in a follow-up call, so that was appreciated--mistakes do happen. Ostrom sent out two men who diagnosed and repaired the issue we were having with our sump pump. The price was high, and there was no breakdown of that price, so we couldn't really figure out why it was so high. But we had a hard time finding a plumber who actually services our area and they did fix the problem fairly quickly, so all in all we were pleased and would likely call Ostrom if we have any future plumbing issues."
