110 Performed roof work and I was told that if there was any problem with the roof leaking notify the company immediately. I notified Rooftop about the leaking within 4 to 5 months after repair. I have emailed, called, texted and left many messages. However, no one have called me back after a month.

I was told that the work would be completed on a Saturday (July 17th) which was 11 days away from the date of the signed contract. In the extremely few instances where we thought there needed attention, for the most part, he was already on top of it and/or accepted the direction and fixed it readily. The project was lengthy but we are pleased with the work done. The only reason for not giving a perfect 5 is the paint and drywall debris that was left in the mulch bed and driveway which required me to power wash. Most of it came up but it was a blessing in that it allowed us to see how much residue builds up over time on the pathways over years. Regardless of this, I recommend Worgens, especially if Jose is your PM as they treat you like family."
