Best patio pros near Bumpass, VA

"We were not sure whether we wanted a paver patio or a stamped concrete patio, but Capital City Patios talked us through our many questions and discussed all the pros and cons of both options. They were very informative, polite, and enjoyable to work with."

"I don't have the finished product yet but they are very thorough in figuring out what you need done. Looking forward to the finished product."

"Eric Shrieves and the whole Serenescapes crew did an excellent job installing our patio. Notable qualities are (1) quality of work, (2) value for price, and (3) flexibility. I'll explain each in turn. The Serenescapes crew took their time, and carefully installed/ laid out the timbers, patio slope, trims, and the patterns of pavers. Where the patio met the door sills, and the outdoor stairs bottom step riser, they took time to cut additional trim so that the overall appearance was top notch. I appreciated this attention to detail. I selected Serenscapes because I sensed from the initial consultation that while they were not the least expensive or most expensive bid I had received for this project, they would provide the most value. Looking at the quality of the work, I was proven correct. In terms of flexibility, projects often have some sort of unanticipated event, or something to do with the local site conditions, and Eric and the crew were flexible and rolled with the local site conditions. Two other important points for me: I got plenty of communication/updates, so I always know what was happening. We texted, so I knew what to expect, and when. Second, the worksite was always kept neat, which is very important to me.. After the job was done, the yard was seeded and covered with straw."

"It went very well. Axel team is perfect for all sort of patiowork. They are so dedicated and on time completing the work. I would strongly recommend these team for patio work."

"We reached out and were able to coordinate Francisco coming out for a quote. Got a quote that day. We decided to move forward a few days later and they started that week. The process was very quick and easy. Francisco made sure to ask about colors and finish that we wanted, and listened to all of the details we specified originally (like rounded edges). We love the patio and have already received many compliments on it!"

"Miguel, the owner, was exceptionally easy to work with. He is very responsive to questions before going with his company. Requested references from multiple clients with very positive comments. Once I decided to have his company install the sidewalk, he followed my request to change the look by adding a curve to the walkway. He did not ask for money down, but payment in full after the job was done and approved. I would highly recommend him. He was"

"Amazing. They arrived when they said they would and did a better job than I expected. Hardest working crew I've seen. Will definitely have him come back to do more work. Price was reasonable as well."
