Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric proudly serves Roanoke and surrounding area, all of Franklin County, and everyone located around Smith Mountain Lake. When our dad Daniel Wisler put our name on his business back in 1986, he committed to doing what was fair and right. He led by example and he taught us to do the same. He taught us to stand up, work hard through adversity; to take responsibility for our mistakes. It’s not easy, but it’s the difference between a business that survives and a business that thrives. Wisler’s foundation of beliefs lights our way, from policies we live by to the people we hire.

"Both technicians were efficient, courteous, and took time to explain what they were doing. I would highly recommend Wisler to anyone needing electrical work."

Floyds 4 Seasons Heating and Air is a residential HVAC company that prides itself in quality HVAC services and installations. Our company is a local, small company that brings honesty and professionalism to all homes we serve. Let our team serve your family.

"I was looking for someone to look at my furnace and give me an estimate. Josh Floyd and Floyd's 4 all Seasons was the first name on the list I called him with some general questions and within minutes he was at my door. He told me the problem was the thermostat and went to the truck and brought in another he claimed was new. He then told us the amount we owed him was 159 for showing up and 150 for thermostat. After 3 days thermostat quit working. I never got a receipt or estimate to my email. When I finally reached Mr. Floyd (not answer phone) he said he would send another which was not received . I told him I was not happy with his work and wanted a refund. He wanted to argue the fact that I never saw him take new thermostat from a box or packaging. I want my 300 back."

Heating Oil questions, answered by experts

Yes, many providers offer organic or eco-friendly treatments. Confirm availability with your contractor.

Yes, geothermal heat pumps are worth the money. You can save about 70% on heating costs in the winter and around 50% on cooling costs in the summer with a geothermal heat pump compared to a traditional HVAC system. Over time, your savings on monthly utilities will pay for the cost of the geothermal heat pump installation. If you have an incredibly small yard, however, you may not have enough space for this type of system.

Leaks, poor airflow, reduced efficiency, and loop blockages are common problems requiring service.

Geothermal systems provide energy efficiency, lower utility bills, and long-term sustainability with minimal environmental impact.

NATE-certified technicians may charge slightly higher service fees compared to non-certified technicians. This is because NATE certification signifies a higher level of expertise and professionalism, often leading to more efficient and effective HVAC repairs and installations. While the upfront cost may be marginally higher, NATE-certified technicians can potentially save you money in the long run by reducing energy consumption, preventing frequent breakdowns, and extending the life span of your HVAC system. When looking for a local HVAC company to hire, it never hurts to ask about NATE certifications.
