Installation went well though it ended up costing a few hundred dollars more than estimated. Charged additional for pressure testing the line they installed and the line in the house. Once installation was complete, ongoing service was not an issue until we decided to switch providers. Requested the company remove their tank which they did within one week. However, verified with the technician there was propane in the tank which we had paid for from Davenport. Tanks was at 45% (about 225 gallons @ $2.00 a gallon current pricing). Company owed us around $400 for the propane in the tank but never paid us. I sent two certified letters to Chatham requesting they pay for the propane but never received any type of response. It wasn't worth taking them to court so I just let it drop.

They have serviced me for years. I don't have to call them at all, they just know when to come and fill it up. They will leave a notice on the door when they come out. I am on a level pay that I just pay the same amount every month so that I don't have to pay $600 all at once. It is really nice especially for older people living on a fixed income.
I've been using their services for years, 30-40 years. The same person comes around and he is very nice. Sometimes you don't even know that he's come around.
