Initially in November, took the car in for oil leak. Hart replaced front crank pulley seal. This did not fix the problem.
Then oil gasket seal replaced. This seemed to have worked. Had bad experience with the service manager at that time. (interested more in arguing than listening). Finally, asked to speak to Mr. Hart who was pleasant and apologized. He took $100 off repair.
However, care leaking oil again slowly couple months later. Took in to another local auto shop who said it was the front seal (crank pulley seal) and the rear seals that were leaking. It was going to be expensive. Since I already got the crank pulley seal replaced by Hart, I took the car back to them. They stated that the leak was not from the replaced part but was from the oil pan. The cost of this oil pan seal to fix was estimated at around $1100. (for an oil pan seal??). Took car back to other service shop who were also confused by what Hart did and suggested.
Feel that I got ripped off and was in a bit of a shell game. Will not go back to Hart. Ironically, my father and all of my uncles and Grandfather worked for GM. I did not tell him how I was treated, because frankly he would have exploded.
**I will say that the front desk staff (although not able to explain anything technical or give reasons) were very pleasant.
And the drivers were very kind.

I always have my Kia work done there at the original dealership. They sent me a coupon in the mail for their dealership so I used it. I also had 20% coupon anything I purchased from them. It has been excellent and they've done their job. It doesn't take very long to get an appointment. I usually make an appointment before I get in. It's easy to get into. They were very friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. They were really good about responsiveness. They have a very nice mileage. They also have a shuttle service if I need to go back to work. I would continue to use them and I have recommended others to go there.

I love Hart Kia because when you purchase a vehicle there, either new or used your yearly inspections are free. I have had them also replace brake lights and quote prices on new brake pads for me. They are always on time, good with scheduling and friendly.

I bought my vehicle used at Hart Kia in Salem, VA. I have taken it there for all of it's service -- even down to the light bulbs. It had been under warranty until recently. I had taken it in when it was under warranty at least 7 times for the same problem but at this last service date it had run out of warranty and I had to pay to have the motor in the door replaced. I was disappointed that I had brought the vehicle in several times before and the problem had not been fixed under warranty. When I talked to the service manager, he was also very concerned and very quickly got the parts and labor covered under the warranty and had issued me a check by the next day. I was amazed that he had fixed the problem so quickly and actually cared about my issue. I will definitely keep going there -- obviously they are very trustworthy and stand behind their work.

The service staff is excellent. They are friendly, they know who you are when you drive in. We have been going there for seven years. If they mentioned something to me that has to be repaired, I would do it, because I feel they are very honest over there.
