I don’t like them.  With their oil changes, they say that they include topping of the fluids but they don’t.  The last three times that I have gone, they have not done any and they tell me that they just forget to do it.  They get on these kicks with whatever their specials are, one time during the oil change, they told me my battery was tested really low, I seemed to need a battery, and they happened to be running a special on batteries.  I had just bought the battery two months ago and I knew there was nothing wrong with it.  So every time I have an oil change, expect the last two times, but every time they have a whole list of things of what I need done on my car and it is never less than $800.  They oversell too much to me and when my husband takes the same car, they don’t do that with him.  When I take the car in they keep telling me things that it needs and it is always a high total so I just tell them that I don’t need anything and ask them to talk to my husband.  That is what I don’t like about them and so I am trying to find another place to get my oil changes.  Their prices are average; they are in line with everybody else.
