I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony Fiore at Environmental Testing Agency, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough. As soon as he learned about my severe mold problem, he came over that day, despite very short notice and it being the end of the work day. His kindness and commitment to ensuring my safety was surprising and not something Iâ ve experienced with many businesses. Anthony was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the tests he was doing and what was going on with the house. His expertise was crucial, especially since my landlord was uncooperative, dismissing the problem because it "looked dry" and claimed testing and fixing the â non-existent moldâ would be too expensive and not worth it to them even though I was experiencing serious health issues and couldnâ t stay in the apartment for any length of time without reacting badly to the mold spores and had been having to seek medical help. Even beyond the technical aspects, Anthony provided invaluable support in helping me navigate the insurance process and all the steps it takes to deal with an apartment once it tests positive for mold. I felt powerless with the mold infestation and my landlordâ s reticence to help me. Once Anthony came and showed me exactly what was wrong, and spent time he didnâ t need to give helping me understand what do, I felt so much better and more self assured. He explained the necessary steps to file a claim and even communicated directly with my insurance adjuster when they initially refused to cover my losses. His persistence and knowledge were instrumental in securing the coverage I needed. Anthony went above and beyond in every way. He was prompt, thorough, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. He answered questions even weeks after the testing part of the situation had been completed and I was dealing with next steps I didnâ t know how to handle. This company was so helpful! My management company wasnâ  t doing anything to help me out with a leak i had in my home. Incredible job! I found a leak in my air conditioning and noticed mold growing around the area. Upon realizing this, I immediately called this company and we agreed on a same-day appointment. Every time I left my place I felt fine, but whenever I went home I always seemed to have allergy issues. This company came by and addressed my air quality by testing for multiple things in my air. I got a report that gave me suggestions on how to fix the problem, and within a week I noticed a huge difference in my breathing. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing experience with this company! Very proffesional and communicated every step off the way. I hired them to do an air quality test in my home for mold and allergens. Excellent! I had a couple different people tell me my ductwork was good and also bad. They were able to help me understand what my environmental was and if I should clean or replace my ductwork. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend!
