"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.

"We had a flood in our basement caused by a water main break. The water backed up from the meter into our finished basement. Zelaya construction repaired the concrete damaged by the water, repaired the wallboard in two rooms that had to be cut away, replaced 4 doors that were damaged, replaced trim in 3 rooms, painted the rooms and selected replacement carpet that matched the previous carpet exactly. Their work was meticulous and they made good suggestions for completing. They finished in the time frame estimated. All the workers were diligent and respectful. By the end of the project, I felt like they were family. I highly recommend this company."

"I have a 28 year old asphalt driveway that needed to be resurfaced. He was prompt providing a quote at a fair price compared to three others. His crew did one day of prep work consisting of digging out crumbled/cracked areas and edging the entire 300' driveway. The next day they applied 2" of asphalt and did a perfect job with great attention to detail. Then they cleaned up the whole area and it looks great. Richard Golobo and his crew have my highest recommendation. I could not be happier with the whole job."

"Jeff provided a detailed estimate at the time of his visit--no waiting.  He listened to our issues and worked to create a solution.  He was very responsive via email and text!  They also called Miss Utility and had the materials delivered the day prior to our job.
The day of our job, Jeff came out with three men.  We all discussed the specific needs (to block a view of our backyard neighbor) and agreed on a plan.  Rudy was our main guy--very professional and had a good eye for the design.  They dug good holes for the posts, used concrete to set the posts, and even worked around my tender plants that grow along the fence line.
They left NO debris behind.  The yard was completely clean when they left.

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. "I had a great experience with this contractor.  They came when they said they would to give me an estimate, the estimate was reasonable, and after collecting two others I chose them. They then came to repoint my chimney when they said they would, they did the work in the time they said it would take, and the finished product looks great.  They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. The job was probably a little more complicated than usual because my air conditioner units are at the base of the chimney, but they navigated around them without any apparent difficulty.  I am glad I used them and I would do so again!
