"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."

They were on time (I think even a bit early), was able to explain the process, and had books so that i could select the style and type of banisters and balausters I wanted. Even though I later learned some of the requested items weren't written down, then not included on the estimate. They have kept in contact to get that item fixed. The crew that did the work was phenomenal. They were on time every day. The house was empty, so I didn't have to worry about dust on furniture and they had the entire floor to work with. I was able to see a few stains on the floor so I could select the color i wanted in the space. The whole job took 4 days from their arrival until they finished. My floors are beautiful!! And the new handrails really give my home an updated look."

"Great! We were skeptical because there were only two reviews at the time one of which was bad. My husband wanted to use this company because the price quote was the lowest by far. I was against it. My way of thinking is you get what you pay for and going with the lowest price quote is not necessarily the best option. I was proven wrong. David the owner came on the initial visit. He was knowledgeable and prompt. He spent a good deal of time reviewing the details of the job with us. We were getting delicate and expensive quartz material for the countertops and there concerns about fractures. Davis allowed my husband to go to the workshop to see the cutting of the material. The countertops were installed within in week of the initial meeting. Love them! Gorgeous!
