I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

Even though it was within the warranty period, they insisted we had to get an entirely new HVAC and that it wasn't covered. Their customer service was abysmal- repeated sales calls for a new HVAC system by folks who had no idea that we had already had a service visit, but no information on our technician's diagnosis or pricing. Management we finally spoke with were extremely rude and dismissive. We will never use them again."
