"Extremely well. Ryan worked with us to hear what we wanted and developed plans which perfectly met our needs. Then he and William, Jerry and Mario installed, tested and finished the project. Everyone we worked with was top notch. We got 4 bids for the project and Ryan's was the lowest. He included first class finishing touches we would not even have thought of. Excellent after project clean up. We would use again without taking multiple bids."

"Tech was able to tell me what the error code meant but did not want me to order part until testing with volt meter. Diag appointment with volt meter did not cost extra. Tech gave me part numbers and it fixed the problem."

Customers say: Quality work

"He came out the day after my call and diagnosed the problem, which was an old pressure tank that gave out finally! He returned on Monday and installed a new one along with a valve. His estimate was true and he is a real professional. He will be coming back in a couple of weeks to fix another more minor problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company."

"They are great. The diagnostic tech came out and confirmed what we knew. Our HVAC needed to be replaced. More importantly, he made sure he explained everything he was seeing, load tested for the new unit and was exceeding polite and professional. The install techs came the next day and were clean, efficient and also made sure we understood what they were going to do and then at the end what they did. All were wearing masks and gloves and the install techs also brought wipes to wipe down any surface they may have touched inside our home. It was a nice step in these days of social distancing. They were not the cheapest but they made sure they earned our business and gave us a great product. They also were not the most expensive but we got what we needed for our house with no surprise add-ons. They have made clients for life."

Percolation Tests questions, answered by experts

No, but it’s common that they do. Gravity furnaces weren’t terribly efficient so wrapping either the ductwork in asbestos, the furnace itself, or both, was something done regularly. This allowed the system to retain more heat. At the time, this greatly enhanced the efficiency of the furnaces but it wasn’t until later that we became aware of just how carcinogenic and dangerous asbestos could be.

Asbestos was most commonly produced and integrated into building products from the 1920s to the late 1980s. In reality, asbestos use should have ceased much sooner because asbestos was linked to cancer in studies produced as early as the 1950s. You can even extend that number past the 1980s due to stockpiled materials and because some countries treat asbestos use differently. It may also be found more in commercial applications than residential.

If you own a stereo microscope, you should be able to see the fibers. The stereo microscope often can perform magnification up to 50x. But unless you have experience viewing asbestos fibers, you may not know exactly what you are seeing. Some fibers are curly, while others are long and straight. Blue, brown, white, and gray colored fibers are all possible.

Because of the danger of inhaling asbestos fibers, figuring out through testing whether your popcorn ceiling contains asbestos is definitely worth it. If the popcorn ceiling texture has asbestos, remove it as soon as possible to keep your family safe. Any home built in or before the 1980s that has popcorn ceilings could have asbestos, necessitating testing. Asbestos carries several health risks for people who inhale it, including the increased chance of developing lung cancer in the future.

Asbestos itself does not typically leak from a roof. However, if an asbestos-containing roof is damaged or deteriorated, it can release asbestos fibers into the air. This can occur when the roof is disturbed, such as during maintenance or repairs, or due to weathering over time. Exposure to airborne asbestos fibers can be harmful to health, so it is important to address any damaged asbestos roofs promptly and safely.
