They worked hard and the installers were great and trustworthy. They installed the tile like a wood floor and the grout lines are barely visible. Our new floors look like hand scraped reclaimed wood. Highly recommend them and they were the best value for the price and the final product was tremendous. We did purchase the tile, mortar, and grout separately.
