We take our work very serious and every shipment will be in tip top shape and you well receive your item or items the same way you left it in excellent condition. We offer closed in Truck or Van to prevent any worries about the weather. We also offer open trailers aswell and we have a two or three men team to tackle any job. "The worst possible moving company so far. I have used many moving companies over the last 20 yrs and this one was the worst experience among all. We hired this company and the assessment by the company representative was ~3 hrs. I provided a detailed description of our furnitures and boxes, the number of floors in our house,... and the company representative assured me it won't pass beyond 5 hrs. We put everything in boxes, de-assembled the beds, wardrobe, table,... and moved most of them to the main floor, so they did not need to do those extra works. It went up to ~7 hrs because of their slowness, and they broke a large number of our furnitures, because they did not carry them with care, no wrap around wooden furnitures,... There is no single furniture that is not damaged or scratched. They also damaged the building (doors, drywalls,...). I have done similar things before with other moving companies, none of them did such a poor, slow service, very disappointing. At the end of service, the lead mover assured me he is going to follow up with their management to compensate the damages (he admitted they were not professional). However, now and after 1 months, i tried to call/text them and did not receive a call back. This is fraud. NEVER HIRE THEM OF YOU WILL PAY A LOT MORE TO FIX THE DAMAGES THEY MADE"
