He confirmed it would be a great solution to the mystery of how my second-floor bathroom kept leaking into my living room every two years after the caulking got saturated and mildewed since 2/2016. Finally, I decided to bite the bullet and I contacted West Shore, knowing that simply replacing the bathtub wouldn't solve the leak. West Shore wouldn't try to re-open my ceiling again. Instead, they removed the tub and tiles and grouting on the walls. Everything was clear. There was mildew, rotted wood, AND an old leaking pipe from the shower head down to the valve diverter from between the shower and the faucet for the bath. The team was amazing. I had asked Jake, the lead, to let me know if, when the plumbing was exposed, he found what caused the leak. He was able to explain in simple terms how water would only splatter if someone was taking a shower. Together Jake and Sean finished the installation, and to very stringent standards.
