"We had a very pleasant experience dealing with this company. Chris and Mike were very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Mike did a very neat job in installing our reverse osmosis system and our whole house filtration system. We were impressed with his work. It cost a little more than we expected, thus the 4.5 rating on the value for the money, but we would certainly recommend this company for the fine work they do."

"Top notch service, quick delivery and installation, and amazing results. I thought my water quality was good until I saw the test results. I had a professionally installed water system for the last ten years so I figured I was good to go, but I wasnâ t. Bobby responded quickly and showed genuine concern for my family and how my water quality could affect them. He recommended a system designed to correct the problem and had it up and running in less than a week. I was very happy with my experience then after having experienced what a proper system could do I was blown away! Water is something we take for granted and if itâ s clear we assume itâ s good, donâ t make the mistake I did. Call Bobby and have your system checked!"

"We bought the whole-house system and added alkaline. The removal of toxins made clear improvements to the taste of our water, our skin and hair. I am SO happy that we no longer need to buy water bottles!! Martin provided topnotch service. I strongly recommend NC Water Filtration and their products."

"This company has been doing my plumbing since before they were a business. I have had them as my only plumber for over 5 years. I have never had one complaint about them or their business performance. I had a whole house water purification system installed today! I am so excited to finally be able to stop buying water for cooking and drinking. I am not ganna smell chlorine every time I turn on a faucet either and I know the job is done right with quality products. Highly recommend!!"

"Once I receive the Water Heater I can give a better review."

"My daughter's own words:  "After my son decided to take the spout out of the wall of the tub and shower, i called Bud Hypes around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday! After leaving a message, thinking that they had left for the day, I got a call back with in 30 minutes from a technician saying he could be out the next morning first thing!  He gave me an estimate over the phone without even looking at it...Mike and Bobby came the next morning and got right to work, w/in the hour we had a new spout and pipe and it was cheaper than originally thought!  The technicians cleaned up after themselves and it looked like new!"  We were impressed and so was our 5 year old son!!  He asked us if we could call them the next time we needed something fixed, let's just say, I hope we don't, but if we do, we will definitely be calling Mike and Bobby again!!! Thanks guys!""

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
