"Dos Amigos is a strong local business and has provided us with all of our lawn care services for the past 9 months. Mowing (excellent when on the grass, but mowed over set of matched hydrangeas and a complete bed of lavender around a mailbox-twice), blow (excellent), edging (very poor consistency), fertilization (excellent), weed prevention (average to poor, branch and debris removal (poor). Communication appeared to be strong, but there are many layers between the workers and the owner. These layers may explain the $1565 monthly fee they charged. Many salaries, but communication to the ones who actually do the work can sometimes not be as easily communicated, so the return on the fee, we found to be far from worth it. We could recommend them for large commercial projects, but not for homes, particularly homes with gardens in addition to lawns."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Greg and his team did an outstanding job. From demo to final inspection, they team was on top of the installation communicating as they went. A few challenges with some finicky tile we decided to use but they worked through the issues and the end result is better than we anticipated. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and, because we work from home offices, was concerned about any noise or disruption. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Greg and his team. But be prepared for a wait.!!!
