Greg and his team did an outstanding job. From demo to final inspection, they team was on top of the installation communicating as they went. A few challenges with some finicky tile we decided to use but they worked through the issues and the end result is better than we anticipated. The team cleaned up at the end of each day and, because we work from home offices, was concerned about any noise or disruption. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Greg and his team. But be prepared for a wait.!!! Greg is in such high demand that it can take a bit to get on his schedule but you'll be happy you did!

You will be most fortunate to have Greg Bassett and his team work on your home. He does high quality work at a fair price. He gets back to you when he says he will, shows up and finishes when he promises, keeps the work area clean, offers great ideas/suggestions when asked, and takes pride in his work. We could not be more pleased with the major kitchen remodel he did for us.

Greg and his crew showed up on time every day. We worked thru several issues that cropped up, and Greg made sure everything was to my satisfaction.

The laundry room is fantastic and the bathroom is lovely. My son says it looks like a spa. Greg Bassett and workers worked very hard when they were here, and Greg kept in touch and was here when there was work being done. He had good ideas, too. The only hang-up was the company providing the cabinetry. They were slow and sent the wrong size for my vanity table top. That was Reico.

Greg Bassett and his team have my highest recommendation. Pre-construction, he provided excellent guidance and was prompt in getting quotes and information to us. During construction he kept the site clean, consulted with us on all matters, and finished precisely on time. Our job included removing a wall, completely gutting the kitchen and reconstructing--including replacing flooring, cabinets, countertops & appliances, replacing a window, re-routing plumbing, rewiring and installing new lighting, door replacement, and painting. The work was of the highest quality and we could not be happier with the result. We appreciate that Greg was on site constantly and went above and beyond what we expected. He also made it clear upon completing that if we have any issue with the renovation he would respond-whenever that may be.

Greg started on the date indicated in the original contract which was finalized six months earlier. He was on-site almost every day, and was in constant contact with his crew when he wasn't. He was very easy to work with, and we were in contact with him every day either in person or via text. He was able to find work-arounds for situations (e.g., several Schuler cabinets had to be reordered). He was also able to help us out with a couple other projects during the time he was working on the kitchen (e.g., renovated a bath, adding a pocket door which increased space without changing footprint).

Right on schedule from beginning to end. The original work was scheduled for 2 weeks, and the only reason it took a very short time longer was due to some hiccups with materials - that was on us. As soon as materials were available here, Greg and his guys were back to install them.
Greg was excellent in talking through some changes that needed to be made to the original plan, and very helpful in suggesting alternatives. We had been planning to do custom shower glass, but Greg showed us some beautiful Kohler doors that saved us about $1,000.
Through the entire project, he and his team were punctual, very professional, cleaned up well at the end of each day. All trash was removed immediately. It was the complete opposite of all the remodel horror stories we've all heard. We sincerely look forward to working with him again. Just one caveat - get your estimate and get on his calendar as soon as you can. You're going to have a wait, but it's so worth it. He's that good.

Greg and his crew are simply the best. Greg is a consumate professional - cordial, timely and helpful. Greg and his crew finished their part of our bathroom renovationin a week. The quality is outstanding. He without delay came back to our house to make a quick adjustment in order for our shower door to be installed. We can't wait to renovate our kitchen so that we can hire Greg again.

Bassett Home Services was one of two handyman companies we asked for estimates on a small pantry remodel.  We went with Greg Bassett because he called back promptly to schedule an appointment for the estimate, arrived on time, asked questions in a manner that showed he understood what we wanted, and provided a quick and reasonable estimate.
Greg and his two assistants arrived promptly on the day scheduled for the project and completed it on time.  What especially distinguished Greg in our view, however, was his response when it turned out that the flooring we had ordered turned out to be unsuitable for the all-weather conditions of our pantry.  That flooring, which Greg and his crew had glued down per the manufacturer's directions, began to separate and form air bubbles within 24 hours of installation.  Greg returned promptly when we advised him of the problem and consulted the same day with the flooring provider to determine what had gone wrong.  He returned with samples of a similar flooring that did not require glueing, got our OK, and returned to the shop to order it.  When the new flooring arrived a week later, Greg called to schedule installation the next day.  He declined our offer to pay for part or all of the replacement flooring.
In short, Greg Bassett demonstrated first-class professionalism from beginning to end.  He is first on our list for future home projects.

Communicated well, provided quick response and quote and was prompt in arriving.  Did great work and was very kind and courteous.  Definitely recommend.

As always, Greg made thoughtful suggestions on window replacement options, and helped us pick an attractive option.  His bid was reasonable and he managed to fit us in his busy schedule at a time that was convenient for us.  His team was efficient, always arrived on time as promised, always cleaned up after themselves at day's end, and did very high quality work.  We are noticing a significant difference already from the new windows viz noise, heating efficiency etc.
We continue to use Greg for a wide range of projects, both interior and exterior, and again are very happy to recommend him to others in the area.

Greg worked our small job in among his major kitchen remodels, and was very responsive in working with us to set a date.  He wound up coming on a weekend, taking less time than his original estimate, with superior results. 

It was excellent. Greg is very professional, he responds very quickly to emails, phone calls and the work they did was first grade and am very pleased. He is always very respectful, always cleans up afterwards and he kept me informed of the process along the way.
