I truly found a partner for my project. The cost was a commitment for me, but it seemed comparable to several other bids. And the partnership I sensed from the beginning of our interaction is what sold me on this company. The lead landscape architect, Van Anderson, listened to my ideas and needs, made suggestions, then promised to work with me throughout the process to make sure I was pleased. His team members were polite and friendly, extremely hard-working and punctual, and experts at their craft. I worked from home as they did THEIR work, so I was able to see how much thought and time they put into each step. My hardscape is gorgeous — better than I could have expected — and I'd recommend Waynesboro Landscaping for any project.

He designed my landscaping. He installed a new growing area in front of the house which had nothing was just a driveway there. He installed a new slate pathway to our door.  Installed sod in the back yard and new trees, bushes, mulch. The mulching made the areas looked groomed. He gave the whole area a manicured look. It only took a couple days to do the work but he did make several trips before to make sure of his design. He did not do the work but a crew that did it. That is where we ran into a small snag as we remember what we said to him. When the crew showed got here there was a few minor hiccups in things as I couldn't quite remember things and it was a spanish speaking crew.  I had 6 to 8 other people out and they was either half asleep or just threw numbers out not knowing what they were going to do.

Lee Quilan arrived on time, May 1st to give an appraisal of work to be done and within a week submitted an estimate/proposal. He noted that this was his busy season and it would take at least several weeks of sunny weather for him to get around to work on my home.
When time came for work at my house, he and his team effectively made my home safer and more attractive. I'd recommend Waynesboro Landscape to others.

I wrote a review before, giving a low grade to this provider. I don't know if i can change or amend that review. Angie's List contacted the provider alerting them to the poor review and they figured out it was me (I guess by the price?). The owner contacted me and came back to fix the problems free of charge. I had stated that one of the plants was the wrong kind and they replaced it and that the sod was of poor quality. They put new seed down and fertilized the lawn for me. We'll see how it goes this spring. Hopefully it will be better this summer than last. I will say this provider does make sure the customer is satisfied. I should have told him last year we were not satisfied. So, I'm certainly upgrading the score for them.

We were very happy with Van's work and the professionalism of his crew..it looks beautiful even now, with winter upon us. Our builder had installed the cheapest thing available and it really showed. Now when we pull in the drive we are happy!
We did not find him inordinately expensive, coming from NoVA. We have paid more for trees, shrubs, etc. that did not go the distance and had to be replaced 2 timex - the limit, and they failed again.

They are very reputable and very good. They're quite away from us. They did a wonderful job. It was quite expensive but they did a beautiful job. They worked very hard. They were focused. They got the job done and it was an all day job. They showed up when they said they were going to and they did an outstanding job. We had no complaints at all.

Van Anderson came over one to give a detailed estimate. I chose which items I wanted done. He then scheduled the installation around me. He and his crew arrived early -- on a Saturday, at my request -- and finished by mid-day. It looks great. And Van has answered my maintenance questions over email.
