"I move out of state. My delivery was late. I filed a claim that was a waste of time. They come up with a settlement of $74. Make that make sense. They broke 2 glass tables, broke a standing fans, broke a few drinking glasses that was in a box labeled fragile (glasses). The majority of my boxes were damaged like they were kicked or thrown around. I was charge for the use of an elevator that wasn't used. The only thing I'm thankful for is they didn't damaged my 2 televisions or my large glass table. $74 doesn't cover anything. I paid them thousands of dollars. I'm highly upset and pissed. I will not ever use them again. "

Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. "Do not trust this company. I paid the deposit after receiving an estimate, then heard nothing until I emailed repeatedly. A move date was finally set for noon?4 pm, later changed to 1?5 pm. At 4:30, I was told they were ?at least an hour away.? I rescheduled for the next day, initially quoted 1?3 pm, but was told late that night they?d arrive 7:30?8:30 am. I waited?no one showed. Updates kept changing: first ?35 minutes away,? then ?before noon,? then ?2:45 pm.? After two days off work and eight hours of driving, with constant broken promises, I no longer trusted them with my belongings. I requested a refund and deposit return. They agreed, then twice called back trying to offer a discount instead. On the third call, which I recorded, they again promised a full refund. It?s now been nearly a week?no refund, no response, nothing but silence. Completely unprofessional and unreliable."

"PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "
