Painter 1 is a franchise that subcontracts with independent painters to do the work. Unfortunately, the painters contracted to do our job were less than adequate. So while initially, we were not happy with the work, they were very professional, listened to our complaints and concerns, and took care of correcting the issue in a very timely manner."

He returned to check their work, to see if any touch was needed and to verify that we were satisfied with their work.
