Vaun, the owner, is very responsive, dependable, and does high-quality work. Together with Brian, who assisted Vaun throughout, they quickly removed my old deck and put up a new one, which was redesigned and bigger. I was impressed with their quality and thoroughness. I will absolutely keep them at the top of my list for future remodels. If you want to work with someone that will do the job right and on time, Vaun is your guy.

Vaun Christensen and his team arrived and completed the job as promised and within the stated budget. There was a tiny add-on project we requested and Vaun was able to fit us in to his schedule immediately following the weekend and execute it at a reasonable cost. We were impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Silver Lake and will certainly reach out to them FIRST for future project. (As an aside, when we were researching contractors, we were skeptical that a business would have only "5-star" reviews; seemed too good to be true. But now we know why. Thank you, Vaun!)

We hired Vaun and Silver Lake to start the process of finishing our basement. We went through a massive renovation of our above-ground home just 2 years ago with a different contractor and there were some frustrations with that process. This job with Vaun was refreshing. He was very helpful, receptive, and easy to get ahold of. The cost was fair, transparent, and competitive (no hidden costs) and the work was quality. His workers/subs were great to work with. 5-star experience. We will be referring Silver Lake to friends and using them again for further work in our basement.
