The power wash was very thorough,, going between each brick, they did extensive sanding and reinforced boards on our deck as well as put an additive into the paint for the floor of the deck to extend the life of the paint. This is an honest business to work with. We were given a quote for the job and we agreed to pay that amount. The next morning, I got an email stating that they had made an error in the quote, and it would be $900 LESS than what we agreed to. Very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services."

Painter 1 is a franchise that subcontracts with independent painters to do the work. Unfortunately, the painters contracted to do our job were less than adequate.
