"I found Brian Devey through a neighbor of mine that had a project done and he couldn't say enough good things about his work. I knew what the costs were going to be before the work was started and there were no surprises. Brian showed up when he said he was going to and his subcontractors showed up on time and on schedule. My project was extensive. It included a basement addition, which was to be my new laundry room, with a ground floor wall pushed out half the width of the new basement which meant I needed a heavy-duty steel beam for the new wall to sit on with concrete covering the rest and a deck on top of that. The next phase was a wraparound covered deck, new windows, new siding, new roof, and a custom kitchen. We also tore out an interior wall to make a kitchen great room. Brian handled all the permits and the appropriate inspections. I didn't have to do a thing, except pick the colors, which wasn't an easy task. He even helped me with that. We are very happy with the results."

Even though he had to leave town unexpectedly the week of our project, his employees were on time and super efficient, and he communicated with me throughout the process. Upon completion, I noticed a few areas that werenâ t finished quite to my satisfaction, and he sent workers over to address the issues when it was convenient for me. "They completed the basic paint job, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. But overall, I would not recommend this company. The painters rushed through the work, missed multiple spots, got paint on areas it shouldn't be, and failed to complete the touch-ups they specifically promised. They also ghosted me after saying they’d return to fix the issues. Now I’m left cleaning up their mistakes and doing the touch-ups myself. They seemed to want to be in and out as quickly as possible with no concern for quality. It feels like I paid for a full service and got a half finished job. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone who actually follows through."
