Painter 1 is a franchise that subcontracts with independent painters to do the work. Unfortunately, the painters contracted to do our job were less than adequate. Fortunately, Painter 1 stood by their guarantee and made sure the work was done right. They even went above and beyond. So while initially, we were not happy with the work, they were very professional, listened to our complaints and concerns, and took care of correcting the issue in a very timely manner."

The project manager made three visits within the three day project including the day after the painters finished. He returned to check their work, to see if any touch was needed and to verify that we were satisfied with their work. There were a few very small touch ups needed, that were spotted by the PM, not us. The crew returned the next day and took care of them. This crew, Erick, Christian and George were about the very best contractors we have ever had. Professional, great to work with, thorough, and super friendly, to boot!
