They were quick, affordable, and kind. I received a quote within 1 day. It was clearly the best price. Then I saw pictures of their previous work and realized the quality of the work matches the value. My walls look awesome! My new home feels transformed.

I was happy with how they came to my home, listened to my needs, and the described, in detail, what my options were. I loved the follow-up, double confirmation (I love contractors that actually communicate with clients), and then coming on time and finishing ahead of time. They were friendly and fair.

Overall, the final result was an excellent paint job that we are very happy with. Along the way, we had some difficulties. Painter 1 is a franchise that subcontracts with independent painters to do the work. Unfortunately, the painters contracted to do our job were less than adequate. Fortunately, Painter 1 stood by their guarantee and made sure the work was done right. They even went above and beyond. So while initially, we were not happy with the work, they were very professional, listened to our complaints and concerns, and took care of correcting the issue in a very timely manner.
