"Working with Signature Marble and Granite was fantastic. I was not an easy client. I wanted quartzite, which is really difficult to work with, and I only wanted to have to buy one slab. I don't know how, but the fabricators were able to squeeze out every square inch and make my slab work for my whole kitchen (about 55 square feet). I found Signature Granite and Marble from Home Advisor. They called me back, but I saw they were in Springville. I didn't want to have to go down there from Davis county but John assured me he would come to me, and he did. I got quotes from 3 different fabricators and Signature Granite and Marble seemed like they would do the best job at the best price. Also, I loved working with John and Mick. I felt very comfortable calling John or Mick with any questions. In this process, I called John multiple times, got multiple quotes with different slabs from him, and worked through several complicated issues. If something was confusing in an invoice, I called and John would fix it. I picked my slab out at Arizona tile and was able to schedule an installation date within 2-3 weeks. After having terrible experiences with countertop installations in the past, this was awesome. I could tell they take pride in their work. They were straightforward and gave me clear expectations. They had an issue getting the right brackets but they just took care of it and got the job done. I didn't feel like I was getting sold. Just honest hard work. My counters are so beautiful. I'm thrilled."

Jack was the first person that we reached out to for a bid that actually showed up when he said he was going to show up to give us a bid. Not only did he show up, but we had a bid before he left the house. As part of their service you receive very clear communications - estimates, work orders / change orders, notifications and reminders for appointments / scheduling, etc. Every person that was assigned to our job from delivery to demo to install showed up on time and left our home (a.k.a. a total construction zone) cleaned-up after each day. Both Achilles, who did the tile and Pedro, who did the wood flooring were total pros and did high-quality work. "Got a quote from Raoul, but instead brought a friend out from Virginia to do the install, thinking it would save me money. My friend was a handyman and not an accomplished ceramic tile installer. He bit off a little more than he could chew and had to return home before the job was finished. I called Raoul back to see if he would finish the job, which he did, no problem. Cost-wise I didn’t save any money with a lot more headaches, although it was nice to see my friend again. I was in the Floorcovering business for 40 years and I made a rookie mistake. PIBI TILE was so nice to work with and did excellent work. It’s hard to find an installer to come finish another mans work. PIBI didn’t hesitate. I also used his handyman to finish the plumbing, install a vanity and the grab bars. He did excellent work also. Don’t hesitate, give them a shot at your project."
