I sent him a video my yard, and the changes I needed, which was a dripline installed. It turns out we needed a lot of piping done, multiple valves and zones setup and then some major drippiness done. Jeremy was upfront and fair about pricing when the project work shifted and he provided an estimate up front before beginning any of the work.
