"Very well. the entry porch had been primed a couple of years prior and one coat of the final paint on part of it a year ago. Rogelio sanded areas of the previously primed areas that had deteriorated. Since some areas had been primed and some areas had one final coat, Rogelio needed to do everything in the correct order to allow time for each coat to dry before the next went on to finish it all in one day. "They worked really diligently to complete the project in the stated time frame and did so pretty well.  They acknowledged having perhaps a few too many jobs at one time (probably everyone needed projects finished before the weather turned as we did!) to complete the job when expected which didn't pose any problems for us.  They were courteous and friendly and did a great job.  They made a concerted effort to protect newly planted flowers and bushes which they did fairly well.  Only a couple mishaps.  They cleaned up very well (stucco work can be messy).  Mike, Dr. Patch, is quiet and reserved and and Stan, Mr. Stucco Master, is talkative and gregarious.  Without reservation we'd re-hire them again and recommend them to friends.
